That's exactly how I feel right now: quiet and serene on the outside but baking a force 7 storm inside.

Too bad there's not many of those that could tell from afar and even fewer of them still alive and within range.

Noblesse doesn't have to come in a luxurious package

Here I am, at the Powerscourt Estate. Small and beautiful, a miniature still bearing all aspects and canons of a luxurious and opulent estate of some nobleman.

What good is a garden, no matter how breathtakingly beautiful, if there's no one to walk with through it, hand in hand?

Rainforest, Vietnam, you name it

300km through pouring rain, at 6C, with a less than waterproof left boot and totally not waterproof gloves. Still 30km to go until home.
I've been reduced to the very basics of a human being: I want to eat something good, I need a hot shower and I want to make love afterwards and fall asleep in her arms.
The best food I could find is an XL Bacon Double Cheeseburger, the warmest shower is 30km away and there no sign and no chance of the latter in sight.
